Not recommended for long stays
The hotel decorating is very cool. The staff is friendly and the location is good. I would recommend it only for one night stay.
This is not a hotel for long stays (actually, all the opposite…) it was not easy to find the pedestrian entrance (I guess because of the nature of the hotel) we had to walk all around the building to finally enter a parking and find the entrance. Also, the room smelled super strong to tobacco, the smell wouldn’t disappear even by opening the windows.

Surprisingly enchanting stay away from busy city center
Away from the busy fukuoka center, corky but somehow quiet nice facility, deceiving image from a love hotel, close to Ohori park and many “local” Izakaya where we could just walk in without reservation and find friendly hosts and guests willing to talk to. Spacious room, nice bathroom settings, unlimited options to order costumes and food to browse for fun We were able to leave our luggage before checkin to explore the city lightly.
Late check in time due to being a love hotel but well we could pay more to check in earlier.

Comfortable stay in a house of liars.
Nice rooms, though expensive.
Thieves. They charge you extra at the property (more than Booking.com’s agreed amount) for a made up “price of electricity” tax. Truly deceptive. Any honest business would raise the price of the rooms they advertise! Also, they expect you to leave the hotel (and remove your luggage) during the day time if you stay one than more night. Insanity.
